We're excited to announce the Event Map located on the Home page. This powerful tool allows you to see your daily appointments plotted on a map.
Why is my event not appearing on the map?
- There are two reasons that an event might not appear on the map. First, you don't have an account associated to the event. Second, the account doesn't have an address on it's details page.
Is this using the account or contact address field?
- Only the account record is used to populate the event on a map.
What happens if my event doesn't have an account associated?
- If your event doesn't have an account associated, then it will not appear on the map.
