We're excited to announce the Stats Tab. This powerful tool allows you to quantify the work you're doing!
Anatomy of the Stats Tab
Accessing
To access the Stats Tab, click on the menu button in the top left corner of the page. Once the list appears, click on Stats at the toward the top of the list.
Visual
The stats tab is made up of several different components that allow a user to view their data. The list is below:
- Time Selector - by default, Month to Date is selected
- Referrals Wheel - Showing a %
- Admits Tile
- Referral Tile
- Events Wheel - Showing a %
- Completed Tile
- Events Tile
Admits Tiles
The admit tile shows the number of admits assigned to the user within the selected time frame. To be included in this number, the Start of Care date must be within the selected time frame. A list of the admits can be viewed by clicking on the chevron to the right of the number.
Example: If a user chooses "Month to Date" as the time frame, then the SOC date must be within the current month.
Referral Tiles
The referral tile shows the number of referrals assigned to the user within the selected time frame. To be included in this number, the Date Entered date must be within the selected time frame. This total will include non-admits, admits, and pending referrals. A list of the referrals can be viewed by clicking on the chevron to the right of the number.
Example: If a user chooses "Month to Date" as the time frame, then the Date Entered date must be within the current month.
Completed Tiles
The completed tile shows the number of events assigned to the user within the selected time frame. To be included in this number, the start date must be within the selected time frame. This can include events that the user was invited to as an attendee by another user. A list of the events can be viewed by clicking on the chevron to the right of the number.
Example: If a user chooses "Month to Date" as the time frame, then the Start Date must be within the current month.
Event Tiles
The event tile shows the number of events assigned to the user within the selected time frame. To be included in this number, the start date must be within the selected time frame. This can include events that the user was invited to as an attendee by another user. A list of the events can be viewed by clicking on the chevron to the right of the number.

Requirements
In order for data to populate on the stats tab, a user must have the following:
- Events created by the user
- Completed events by the user
- Admits assigned to the user
- Referrals assigned to the user
