Overview
Marketscape CRM mobile has a helpful feature to expedite thorough documentation when you complete an event. Rather than typing, speak your note to your phone and it will fill in the text.
The steps for use are shown below.
There are two paths to open call notes for an event
If you can see the event on your Home page!

On the Home page, today's events are listed at the bottom
- When you finish your visit, tap on the three dots at the top of the listed event

The event menu will open for the selected event.
- Tap on the complete option

What if I don't have any visible events on my home page?
What if I need to complete an event from a prior day?

Open the Calendar page to find the event.
- Tap on the three lines at the top left of the page to open the main menu
|

- In the main menu, tap the Calendar link
|
 |
- Sweep the dates back to the date of the desired event.

The event we were looking for occurred on the 14th. tap the date and the events for that day will appear below.
- Tap on the three dots at the top right of the listed event

The event menu will open.
- Tap on the Complete link to open the call notes for the selected event
|
 |
Whether you navigated from the Home page or the Calendar page, the Notes page will open when you click on the Complete option. |
- Tap on the Call/Visit Notes field
This makes the Call/Visit Notes field active. That is, you can enter text into the field

Option one is to type in your notes using the keypad.
Option two is to tap the microphone icon at the bottom of the screen and speak your note.
The details of how the microphone works and the location of the microphone icon will vary depending on your phone and operating system.

Once you have added your notes for the visit, you are ready to complete the event.
- Tap the Completed toggle.

Notice that the note is identified as completed.
- Tap on SAVE to save your note and complete the event.
