The easy way - direct link to the Google Play store

Unless you are already logged in to Trella CRM mobile on your phone, you will see the log in page when you first open the application on your phone.

Click on the icon at the bottom right to see all of the Login page features

There are five options on the Login page.

Details for each of these is shown below.

Login

• Enter your email address in the top field
• Enter your Trella Health Trella CRM password in the bottom field

Your password is the same for all Trella Health applications on both web and mobile apps.

• Tap the "Sign in" button to sign in 

Forgot your password? - Password Reset

When you tap on the "Forgot your password?" link the following prompt will open.

• Enter your email address into the field.
• Tap the "Reset Password" button

The page updates. You have been taken out of Trella CRM to an authentication application. That is why you need to do this twice.

The email address you previously entered will appear in the field.

• Tap the "Reset my Password" button

• Check your email account

By completing the previous step, and email would have been sent to you at the address you supplied. The email will include a six-digit verification number.

• Copy or remember the number
• Enter the six-digit number into the first field titled, "Code"
• Enter a new password into the next two fields
• Tap the "Change Password" button

This updates your password for all Trella Health Trella CRM products.

Messaging

On the login page, when you tap on the "Messaging" link, the Trella Health Support interface will open. (See image at right.)

This will show any previous conversations you have had with the Support team.

• Tap on the "New Conversation" button and the bottom of the page

The support channel interface starts by handing you off to the AI built into the Support application. The AI will use your question as a prompt to search the Trella Health Help Centers for guidance.

• Type in your inquiry in the field at the bottom of the page
• tap the broken triangle icon on the right end of the field

The Support interface provides you with three pieces.

The AI will present an answer to your question as shown in the image to the right.

You would need to scroll down to see the other items in the AI response

The AI will list articles that might assist you in response to your question. the arrow pointing to the right indicates that more than one article is available that might answer your question.

The AI asks if the content provided helped you with your question. There are two different outcomes depending on your response.

Answer "Yes"

The AI will thank you. The "Type a message" field is empty and available again if you have another question.

Answer "No"

If the AI response was not helpful, you are provided a prompt to get assistance from a human.

• Tap on the "Talk to a human" button to begin a chat with one of our Support agents.

Live Chat is available between 8 am and 5 pm Central time, Monday through Friday. AI Chat is available 24/7.

Email Support

Need help signing in?

When you tap on the "Need help signing in?" link, the following interface opens in a browser on your phone.

The interface (shown at right) offers many of the same options, although the top section allows you to log in in your company uses SSO.

If you don't know whether your company uses SSO to log in to Trella Health products, talk to your manager.

When you first log in to Trella CRM, the Home page opens.

There is a reason that Trella CRM mobile starts here. The most important functions you will use in the app can all be performed right from this page.

The bottom of the image to the right shows that there are no events scheduled or due. Once you have setup your book of business, a map of your daily events will be shown below the date.

Search

Tapping the magnifying glass icon opens the Search page that y ou can use to find a contact, account, or referral.

• Type in what you want to find
• Tap on the result you are looking for and the result's detail page will open

Notifications

Right icon in the above image

Tapping the bell icon opens the notification panel. (shown at right) Alerts for important events are displayed. Tap on the notification in the list for details.

Quick Create

This section of the home page allows you to quickly create the four items shown in the image.

• Tap an icon for the item you want to add

A blank page for the selected item will open

• Enter the basic required information and save. It is easy to then go back on the web application to fill in the details.

Month to Date Stats

This section shows you two of the most important (and motivating) metrics from your account, the number of admits (MTD) and the number of events you have completed (MTD).

This is not all of the metrics available to you. In the web app, you can see all of your metrics by viewing the different pages and reports available.

Our lazy demo user hasn't done much this month, your metrics will be far better.

This bottom section shows a map of your scheduled events, along with the details of the events.

• You can zoom the map, tap on events to see information, or drill down on events. Moreover, with events populated, there is a menu full of tasks you can complete for your events.

When you click on the icon at the top left of the page, the left navigation menu opens. This menu panel provides access to every page in Trella CRM mobile.

There are three sections (shown below) that group similar pages.

Tools - This section contains all of the pages that aren't specifically tied to your book of business.

The features in this section are not described in this article, (except Search and Home). Details for other pages are in other articles in the Help Center.

Also, it is possible that you will not see some of the options shown here.

Book of Business - The center section includes pages related to your Book of Business.

The features in this section are not described in this article. Details for other pages are in other articles in the Help Center.

However, a lot of setup includes adding accounts, contacts, and events. See Sales Rep Quick Start Up.

Also, it is possible that you will not see some of the options shown here, or that there might be options not shown here.

ADMIN - These are the tools that are described below in the remainder of this article.

Some of the settings below you will need to work on to get started in Trella CRM mobile. Some you may not need til later. Familiarity now will make it easier if you need specific features later.

The links shown in the image to the right are presented in the order shown, except for "Settings" which is shown last. Most of what you need is in that final section.

About - When you tap on the "About" link, the page shown to the right opens.

• Version/Build/API Version - This is the version of the Trella CRM mobile app that is currently installed on your device.

If you are having functionality issues, make sure that your current version meets the minimum requirements. If you need assistance from Trella Health Support, knowing these pieces of information will be helpful.

• Privacy Policy/Accepted EULA/Service Agreement/HIPAA Business Associate Addendum - Legal documents related to the use of the Trella CRM app. Supplied as a reference for your records.

Help Center - When you click on the "Help Center" link the page shown to the right will open.

The Trella Health Help Center for Trella CRM has hundreds of articles that describe Trella CRM, all of the different pages available, and how to use the features.

Each row is a link to the article named in the row. You can scroll through the entries to find content of interest.

Help Center - When you click on the "Messaging" link the page shown to the right will open.

The Messaging app allows you to start a conversation with the Help Center AI or with a human agent.

This feature is shown in detail above.

When you click on the "Help us Improve" link, the interface shown at the right will open. Fill in your suggestion and submit it. The CRM Product team evaluates every suggestion.

Grant Login Access

If you run into a problem that requires that the Trella Health support team gain access to your account, you will need to grant access to your account.

• Tap on the "Allow Support Access" toggle to turn access to the "On" position.
• To set a date for access to expire, click the "Expiration" drop down that shows the date.

A calendar similar to the one shown at right will appear.

• Tap on the date on which you want access to expire.

In general, two or three days is all that is needed.

The top section, General has the following options:

• Enable Biometrics - If you have biometrics enabled for your phone, turn this toggle on so that you can re-log in using facial recognition or a fingerprint. For setup details for your phone, see Biometric Login above. 
• Choose Theme - the three options are Light, Dark and Follow system.
• Application Settings - tapping on the gear icon will open your phone's application settings for Trella CRM. This is a helpful shortcut for making changes to your phone settings! These settings will appear different depending on your phone type. You will be able to setup:
  • Notifications - enable notifications so that you will get important notifications on your phone related to triggers from Trella CRM.
  • Permissions - Location - For Mileage Assist, in particular, but also for the map on the Home page to work, precise location settings must be turned on.
  • Security settings for biometric log in see Biometric Login above.
• Reset - This will reset Trella CRM mobile to the default settings.

The middle section pertains to features related to the Calendar.

• Auto Generate Event - this will turn on auto-generated mobile events. In short, making a call, sending a text message, or sending an email will automatically create an event in your calendar, if you have the feature turned on.

• Event Reminder - This turns on alerts for upcoming events.

Compact View

Calendar Subscription - Clicking on the calendar icon will open the open the Interface to the right. The URL can be texted, emailed or copied. Adding the URL to a browser and following the instructions will allow you to link your calendar in Trella CRM with your Outlook or Google calendar.

The bottom section of the Settings page allows you to pick which push notifications are sent to your phone. Each toggle icon is separate, so you can choose to turn on one, any combination, or all notifications.

Location Services

If you are using Mileage Assist for event check-ins, you need to allow precise location verification. For the map on the Home page to provide meaningful images, precise location is needed.

Suggested Response - Tap on the "Allow while Using App" button.

Biometric Confirmation

With the required security re-verification, FaceID/Facial recognition needs to be turned on.

Suggested Response - Tap on the "Allow" button.

Notifications

You might see this prompt if Trella CRM is trying to send you a notification for an item that you have turned on in the settings.

Suggested Response - Tap on the "Allow" button.
