To reset a user's password an account administrator will need to log in to Marketscape Admin and reset the password as part of editing the user's account. There is no way to reset a user's password from within Marketscape CRM.
This procedure can not be used for companies that use SSO to log in to Trella Health products.

Resetting a User's Password
Once you navigate to Marketscape Admin, click on the "Users" button in the left navigation to open the Users page. |
Scroll through the table to find the user for whom you need to change a password.
If you have a large number of users in your company's account, you can either user filters to limit the entries in the table to a known criteria that matches the user, or you can use the table search to find a user by name, see next image.
Once you find the user, click on the pencil icon to the left of their email address.
Clicking the pencil will open the "Edit User" dialog box. Scroll to the bottom of the dialog box and click on the "Reset Password" button.
Type in a simple password into the field as shown.
Click on the "Save" button.
If you check the "Send Email" checkbox, an email with login instructions will be sent to the user.
When the user next logs in to any Marketscape product, they will need to use the password your created. When they log in, they will be prompted to create a new password.
