Marketscape CRM Account Basics
New User
A new Marketscape CRM user should receive a welcome email from their company account administrator with basic login information. If you know that your company has begun using Marketscape CRM, or if you are a new employee, keep an eye out for this welcome email. You might need to check your SPAM folder. If you don't receive a welcome email, talk to your manager, who will know who the account administrator.
If your account is set up, but you haven't received a welcome email, you can reset your password. See Password Reset, below.
Initial Training
Whether your company is new to Marketscape CRM, or you are a new employee, it is most likely that you will receive training for Marketscape CRM. We suggest that you log in to confirm that your account works in advance of your training.
Your credentials
In most cases, your company email will be used for your Marketscape CRM account. The welcome email should either provide your password or describe how to reset your password.
Where to log in
Marketscape CRM has 2 different applications that you will use frequently for different tasks and at different times.
- Marketscape Web can be accessed from any computer or laptop through a web browser at CRM.TrellaHealth.com.
- Marketscape Mobile is an application that you will need to download from the Apple store or the Android Play store.
- You will log in to either application using the same credentials - username (email) and password.
To set up the mobile application for an Android phone or iPhone, click the links for instructions.
Login Process
Web
- Navigate to CRM.TrellaHealth.com. You will see:
- Enter your email address and password
- Click the button, "Log In To Marketscape CRM
Mobile
Once you have installed the application, click on the Marketscape CRM icon.
When the mobile application opens, you will see where you can enter your credentials.
Password Reset
If you have an account, and if you either have never set your password, or you forget your password, you can reset your password from either your phone or on your computer.
At the login page, click on "Forgot your Password?"
You will receive an email with instructions.
