This article will walk you through how to find and maintain records that are not associated to any other account or contact. This will help ensure that your reps can easily follow the ACE Process when building out their calendars.

We recommend adding these steps into your administrative or reporting schedule, so that you can review and maintain your records over time.
Contact Tools
Follow the listed steps to fix unassociated contacts.
- Click on the Contacts tab and scroll to the bottom, under the Bulk Actions menu
- Click Find Unassociated Contacts
This populates a View of all "orphaned" contacts that are not tied to any account.
- In the new view, identify a record you would like to update and select Associate
This opens the Contact editor, with the account field highlighted in red.
- Select the appropriate account from the popup menu by clicking the Magnifying Glass Icon
- Click Save
Account Tools
Follow the listed steps to fix unassociated accounts.
- Click on the Accounts tab and scroll to the bottom, under the Bulk Actions menu
- Click Find Unassociated Accounts
This populates a View of all accounts that have no contacts associated.
- In the new view, identify a record you would like to update and select Associate
This opens the Accounts page at the Contact detail section.
- Click the Associate to Contact(s) button
- Select the applicable contact(s) from the popup menu and click Attach Selected Results
