Since Trella Health uses the ACE acronym to organize data (Accounts, Contacts, Events), it's important that all of the necessary fields in an event are populated to ensure that the notes from completed activities flow back to the Account and Contacts. As of the 19.1.1 mobile app release for both Android and iOS, completing events on the web app or mobile app will need the following fields populated:
Required fields for completing events by Event Type
• Cold Call or Other
- Subject
- Start Date and Time
- End Date and Time
- Event Purpose and Expected Outcome
- Event Type
- Call/Visit Notes
- Completion Status (changed to complete)
• All other event types
- Subject
- Start Date and Time
- End Date and Time
- Event Purpose and Expected Outcome
- Event Type
- Related Account
- Attendees
- Call/Visit Notes
- Completion Status (changed to complete)
Account administrators should be aware that they can set whether the account field or contact field is a required object in an event. See image.
