NEW Market Spotlight Page – Navigation Bar
Formerly known as “Market Insights”, we have released a new page titled Market Spotlight, visible from your navigation bar. The Market Spotlight table includes a more complete set of data and metrics for Physicians, Facilities, and Agencies, including:
- Physicians:
- Demographic information (name, npi, address, city, county, zip, state)
- Specialty
- Annual Patient County
- Hospice Patients (Overall)
- Hospice Patients Attended
- Hospice Utilization (Moralities)

From the Market Spotlight table, you can assign a contact/account to users and open a specific record to view additional qualifying and comparative metrics via our NEW Sales Spotlight details page.
As a user, this will allow you to quickly view your market, apply filters to narrow down your search, and access more.

NEW Sales Spotlight & Conversation Starters – Access Through Market Spotlight
On the Market Spotlight page, select an individual NPI from the Physicians and Facilities tab, and view our new Sales Spotlight details page.
Sales Spotlight provides a detailed snapshot of the top comparative and qualifying metrics, including:
- Top 3 Destinations
- HHA or Hospice Patients: Followed
- Patient Risk Score
- Chronic Conditions
- Utilization – 3 Months Prior
- Annual Patient Count FFS
- How You Stand Out – Compare your agency to the top 3 destinations
- Patient Locations
- Patient Diagnostic Mix
Select our Conversations Starters tab to view customized talking points for the selected NPI.
As a user, this will help you lead with data-driven conversations, see where you stand out among competitors, and feel confident that you are targeting the best referral opportunities.

Enhancement – Creating New Accounts and Contacts
On the Accounts and Contacts page, under the New Account/Contact button, you can now use the “Search account/contact name or NPI” bar to auto populate fields.
The search bar utilizes data from Market Spotlight and Marketscape Insights to search for the appropriate record.
As a user, this will reduce manual entry and help you quickly create new contacts and accounts in your daily workflow.
The fields available to populate include:
- Name (Account)
- First Name & Last Name (Contacts)
- NPI
- Address 1
- Phone
- City
- State
- Zip Code
Enhancement - Account Level NPIs
With the introduction of the new Market Spotlight platform, we're excited to introduce account level NPIs to Marketscape CRM. This new feature will allow agencies add all affiliated NPIs to allow for the team to see Market Spotlight in order to populate the My Agency dropdown!
- At this this time, our Support and Client Success teams will need to add new NPI; however, administrators will be able to view their active list by navigation to System Setup under Settings.

Enhancement – Move Events
This feature was originally available on the Spark Mobile 1 app, and we are bringing it back! When editing a scheduled Event, select Move, to adjust the date and time of the event.
Options include:
- Previous Day
- Next Day
- Next Week
As a user, this will help you quickly adjust your schedule while on-the-go.
Note: This enhancement requires an updated app version for Android and iOS users. Easily update your mobile version to the latest by visiting your app store.
