Sales Territory Enhancements - Export
What: Added an Export button at the top right of the Sales Territory Management page.
Why: Admins previously had no way to efficiently identify territories with missing managers, associations, or incomplete information. The Export feature allows admins to download territory data by Tier and filter for gaps — such as unassigned managers — making it easier to review, update, and ensure Sales Territory Management is correctly configured in the CRM.

BI Feed Updates
What: Added tier_managers , tier_member_userand tier_members tables to the territory table in the BI Feed, available for both SFTP and Snowflake clients.
Why: Clients previously lacked visibility into territory tier information within the BI Feed, making it difficult to analyze and report on territory structures accurately. The addition of tier_managers , tier_member_userand tier_members tables provides both SFTP and Snowflake clients with greater data transparency, enabling more detailed territory reporting and analysis.

New Feature: Lead Associations
What: Added a new section to associate Leads to Accounts and Contacts
Why:
Sales teams lack visibility into leads associated with related accounts and contacts, making it difficult to see the full picture of potential opportunities. As a result, teams miss opportunities that exist across connected records.
This lack of visibility also creates workflow inefficiencies, as users must manually search for and piece together related information. This often leads to duplicative work, including repeated outreach and redundant research, reducing overall productivity and effectiveness.

Mileage Assist Summary Report
What: Calculations on the Mileage Assist Summary report return 0 data.
Resolution: The root cause of this issue has been identified and resolved. The report has been updated to reference the correct data source, and all mileage summary data is now accurately reflected.
Incorrect Addresses Leading to Inflated Mileage Calculations
What: We identified an issue in which the Mileage Assist feature was geocoding an account's address to an incorrect event location, resulting in significantly inflated mileage entries.
Why: When creating an event directly from the Account Page, certain address fields — including Street Address 2, City, and Zip Code — were not being carried over into the event. This resulted in incomplete address information being used for mileage calculations.
Resolution: Our engineering team has developed and executed a script to update all address records for Mileage Assist clients. Client waypoints have been reprocessed using the corrected addresses. The Mileage Assist report is now displaying accurate distance calculations for all affected accounts.
