This release has information for three features
Duplicate Coaching Sessions
What:
- New button will appear at the top middle of the page.
Why:
- As a manager or rep, I want to be able to duplicate past sessions to save time since it takes a lot of time to fill out territory planning reviews when they don't change as often.
Who:
- If the user is an admin or a manager and Access = Admin & Manager then the Duplicate button will appear.
- All users will see Duplicate button when Access = All
You can check template access via: Web > Settings > Coaching Templates > Access
Requirements:
- Session must be completed.
- The "employee" needs to be active to be able to duplicate.
- An error message will appear if you try to duplicate these sessions.
- The "coach" does not need to be active to be able to duplicate.
- We try our best to find the next best manager; however, users might have to transfer sessions to the correct manager.
What you should know:
- ALL data will be duplicate onto the new session. This includes notes, selections, signatures and any other fields. We are NOT making the call on what information should or should not be duplicated.
- Users will need to edit the newly duplicated session and update information to ensure the new session is correct.
- This is a web ONLY feature. We are looking for feedback on the need to build on mobile.
SNF Market Spotlight
What:
- SNF market data in CRM
Why:
- Strengthen the user experience for skilled nursing line of business in Marketscape CRM.
- Helps focus on the right SNFs and strengthen relationships with top referral partners.
Who:
- All users (Sales, Manager and Admin)
Requirements:
- User should have CRM and SNF added as a product
- User should have permission on Market Spotlight
What you should know:
- New option will be added to Business Line (Skilled Nursing)
- Both Web and Mobile will have the new SNF market data
- New tables and filters will be available for Physicians, hospitals & Agencies, and Skilled Nursing
Calendar Version Updates
What:
- Upgrade the calendar version from v6.2.2 to the latest version v7.0.0.
Why:
- This update includes performance improvements, bug fixes, and underlying enhancements to improve calendar reliability, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
Who:
- All users All users (Sales, Managers and Admins)
Requirements:
- No action is required from users.
What you should know:
Core calendar functionality remains the same.
- No change to how users create, edit, or view events.
- Existing data and events are unaffected.
