April Features & Updates!

Tasks, Recent Items, and Notification icons

Within Marketscape CRM, there are features that appear on all pages of the application to ensure quick and easy access when you need them! We added these icons to the remaining pages with this update.

  • Expanding accessibility for persistent features to Market Spotlight and Dashboards!

 

Duplicating Dashboard

Marketscape CRM's configurable dashboards allow users to select metrics from our pre-determine list that are important to them. A pain point that we've heard in the past is the ability to easily re-create or duplicate an existing dashboard. This update allows users to spend time thoughtfully creating a single dashboard, then duplicating it for one or more users, territories, or business line.

 

How do we recommend this being used?​

  • Create a single dashboard for a single user. Spend the time HERE finding the best layout and metric for your team!

  • Save the new dashboard​.

  • To re-create for another user, click Duplicate​.

  • Update the name of the dashboard​

  • Change the user, business line, or territory selected for each metric​

  • Save your new dashboard.​

  • REPEAT! Result? Dashboards for all reps with less time!

Reporting Updates!

Reporting is at the core of everything we do in Marketscape CRM. Without proper reports, being able to see the impact that an organization or user is making it their territory would be difficult. 

  • Report names are being updated to include referral at the end in preparation for our HME & Infusion teams being added to Marketscape CRM!
  • The Advanced AE Event Summary Report has a new column, Total Events. Easily see the total number of events for a rep along side the totals for different event types.

Bugs

  • An issue in Edge where activity times were jumping 5 hours has been resolved.

  • An issue on Android CRM app would not return expected results when searching has been resolved.

  • An issue where referrals were returning error messages has been resolved.

  • An issue where users could not export specific custom views has been resolved.

  • An issue in Edge where an error appear while trying to save an activity has been resolved.

  • An issue where dashboards did not show referral total has been completed.

May Features & Updates

Reporting Updates!

We heard your feedback! We've updated our reporting page to be easier to navigate and added three new reports to help with territory management and performance tracking!

  • Reporting page has been updated to match the rest of the application.
    • Easily favorite reports and see if they're scheduled with the updated layout.
    • We've also introduced a new search box at the top of the page. Users can now easily search for any key word found in the report description or name.
    • The report scheduler is no more easily accessible on the Reporting page. Click on the link under the Schedule Report column to easily expand the scheduler right on the page.

  • New Report! The AE Productivity Summary Report shows at a high level, efficiency, effectiveness, and performance by rep in a single report to allow managers to easier access to key metrics.​

  • New Report! The Detailed AE Account Productivity Report shows efficiency, effectiveness, and performance by rep for a single account to allow managers to coach on a specific contact.​

    • Accounts need to be assigned to a user to appear on this report!

    • Can be scheduled and emailed!

  • New Report! The Detailed AE Contact Productivity shows efficiency, effectiveness, and performance by rep for a single contact to allow managers to coach on a specific contact.​

Bugs

  • An issue where users were unable to assign ownership in Market Insight in Edge has been resolved.

  • An issue where activities in Edge where the start time was not working correctly has been resolved.

  • An issue where activities in Edge that were created under DST change when edited by one hour has been closed-unresolved.

  • An issue where users experienced and error message when trying to associate a contact on the account details page has been resolved.

June Features & Updates

Charts

In preparation for the launch of our HME & Infusion modules in Marketscape CRM, we completed updates to "Charts" to include order related metrics!

  • # of Deliveries by Contact Type Y-T-D

  • Average New-to-Delivered Conversion Time

  • Delvieries Per Month

  • Expenses to Delivery Overview by Rep

  • Order by Status by Sales Rep

Mobile EULA

Ease of use for new users! The Mobile EULA means that reps can jump right into using the mobile app instead of having to navigate to web first.

  • Users downloading the new version AND who haven't signed a EULA will be asked to sign.​

  • If a user declines signing, they will be logged out. They will NOT be able to use the mobile or web apps until they sign. ​

Bugs

  • An issue where, "User Creation Date" in CRM on the User page was defaulting to 12/31/1969 has been resolved.

  • An issue where Edge reports would not run for clients has been resolved.

  • An issue where data was not appearing on Market Spotlight has been resolved.

  • A question around SSO and Login Reports has been answered and closed.

  • An issue where Expense Settings were not allowing a client to apply updates has been resolved.

  • An issue where the last login display was not working has been resolved.

  • An issue where Edge Dashboards were not populating has been resolved.
