- NEW DATA 3-2-23
- Q3 data is now available!
- CMS has updated their historical FFS claims data for 2021. IN addition, Medicare Advantage 2020 was updated to use the final CMS files. Customers may see shifts in certain metrics because of these updates.
- OS 14 is no longer supported for iOS. Users on this OS version should update their OS.
- Market Insights and TargetWatch will be sunset on February 22, 2023. Reach out to your CSM for additional information.
January Features and Updates!
Create New!
- Cleaner view of the CRM. Reduce number of actions on a page and an attempt to reduce how overwhelming the CRM can be.
- Minimum that a user will see is "Event". All other are based on permissions.
- After clicking on an object, the user will be taken to the full page to promote the best practice of filling out the entire page completely.

- If a user doesn't have access to Settings, they won't be able to see this link.
Recent Items!
- Continuing to update the UI to reduce clutter and match our products.

- Location– Moving from left column to the top right corner.
- Behavior- Changing from persistently being open to click to open.
- Items Displayed– Reports and saved reports are not included.

CRM Mobile – Light Mode vs Dark Mode iOS
- Allow user the option to access the app via dark mode.

- An issue where Top Hospice Destinations was not appearing for SNFs has been resolved.
- An issue where users were not able to duplicate views with filters intact has been resolved.
- An issue where field names on mobile did not match the web has been resolved.
- An issue where Edge users were not able to reset their passwords has been resolved.
- An issue where the User Adoption and Usage Report did not show the accurate days since last login has been resolved.

February Features & Updates!
Overview Page Updates (Top 10 Monthly & Agency Overview)
- To continue our rebranding and refresh efforts, we've updated the Overview page in Marketscape CRM.
- We've moved the Top 10 Monthly cards to reclaim the space on the left side of the page for improved visibility on the rest of the page.
- Additionally, we've moved the Agency Overview for managers and administrators. Functionality Updates include:
- 'Agency Overview' is now 'Agency Overview Hierarchy'
- Removed double clicking to adjust the Sales Territory table. Now clicking on a once on the tier will readjust the table.
- Removed buttons like 'Up on Level'. Users will now use the agency overview hierarchy to move through the different territories in their agency.
Page Formatting Updates
- Role Management: Due to the changes with the UI we needed to readjust this page to prevent text wrapping.

- Customize Tabs: As the result of recent bug that prevented any tabs listed after the Support tab from being moved, we have updated the Customized Tabs page.
- Functionality change:
- Users can now pick-up and move tabs and
- Tabs can be renamed on this page, reducing the navigation.
- New tab button has moved to the right side of the page.
- Functionality change:
- Charts and Stats: Removed the left navigation for Charts and Stats
- Users should use the dropdowns on the right side of the page to navigate to other options.
- Searches (Accounts, Contacts, Referrals, Expenses, Users): To continue our rebranding and refresh efforts, we've updated the search features in Marketscape CRM.
- We've also been able to reclaim more space on the page to improve visibility
- Contact Sales Zones Formatting: We've relocated Sales Zones to the a button at the top of the contact page in line with New, Edit, Delete, & Remove Me buttons.

Notification Feed on Web
- Like mobile, this is the ability to show recent updates related to a user's account.

Tasks on Web & Mobile
Marketscape CRM is a powerful tool used to help managers and their marketing teams quantify and enhance their marketing strategies. We've launched a new feature that allows user to track tasks that contribute to their workload and support visits with referral sources but are not face to face time with a referral source. Below you will find more information on Tasks for both web and mobile
Team Tab - Task Update
The Marketscape CRM Mobile app is constantly improving with new ways to ensure that you are able to manage your team. As we strive for the best experience, we're excited to announce an update to the Team Tab.
- We've added the ability for managers to see their team's Tasks to see what non-event activities keep them from spending time with referral sources.
- Additionally, we've added the ability for managers to create tasks on behalf of their users.

March Features & Updates!
Export Icon Updated
Marketscape CRM allows for a wide set of permissions that can be enabled to allow teams to implement the application they way that works best for their teams. One of these permissions is the ability to export data from the accounts, contacts, and referral pages.
- To bring more clarity, we updated the icon from a clipboard to an airplane.

Overview - Agency Overview Hierarchy
Administrators and managers have a special version of the Overview page that allows to view Marketscape CRM from a territory perspective and business line.
- To bring more clarity, we added the business line name back to the label above the Sale Territory Overview table
Left Navigation Updates!
Another update to your interface is the introduction of icons to the left navigation and a collapsible side bar!

Allows users to collapse just display icons or expand the side bar to include the labels as well.
