Overview
From time to time, an issue may arise in Marketscape CRM that is specific to one user's account. For example, a user created a "View" for an account, contact, or referral that doesn't function properly. In those instances, a member of the Trella Health Support team will need to log in to that account to troubleshoot the issue. In a situation of this kind, you can provide the Trella Health support team special log in access that doesn't require you to provide your password, nor to change your password.
Granting Login access
Users can grant Trella Health Support access to their account by following these steps:
- In Marketscape CRM for web, click the profile dropdown in the top right corner then click My Profile.
- In the Grant Login Access section, change the drop-down to Yes.
- Also in the Grant Login Access section, ensure that the Expiration Date field is populated with a future date to ensure that Trella Health Support can access the account. Please choose a date that is two weeks or more into the future to ensure we have ample testing time.
- Click Save to preserve the changes to the user profile, granting support login access.
A user can elect to revoke login access at any time by changing the dropdown to No, or setting a past expiration date.
