Marketscape CRM is a feature rich tool that allows you to accomplish numerous critical daily tasks from the convenience of your phone or using many features available on you desktop. In order to orient individual users, trainers, managers, and teams into the magic, Trella Health created the Sandbox for Marketscape CRM.
Nothing you do in the Sandbox will result in any changes to your "live" version of Marketscape CRM. This is a wide open land of adventure where you can't break anything, but you can learn how Marketscape CRM works in detail.

Morphing to the CRM Sandbox
You can open the Sandbox any time you are logged in to Marketscape CRM.
Sandbox Refresh
In order to make your sandbox experience as realistic as possible, the data included in the sandbox are updated weekly, over the weekend. The update draws from the active environment, that is, from the data in your version of Marketscape CRM. In this way, any training or exploration in the sandbox will closely reflect what your users will see in the live environment.
This refresh will happen only once per week, and is scheduled to occur automatically on the weekend. An email indicating that the data refresh has taken place will be sent to pre-determined recipients in your company.
There is no process in place to perform a manual refresh of the sandbox.

Excluded Features
Some features are disabled in the sandbox so that the live environment is not changed by sandbox use. The bulleted list below includes some of the most used Marketscape CRM features not active in the CRM Sandbox
- Direct Navigation to Marketscape Insights
- Assign Anywhere
- Sending scheduled reports via email
- Header App Switch
- Most importantly, there is no PHI in the sandbox
