How to Create a New Goal
Click on the "Goals" button in the left navigation to open the Goals page. |
On the Goals page, click on the "New Goal" button.
A blank Goal Details page will open.
This article contains different settings to add to the empty fields shown in the image above.

Admits Goal
Looking for an admit goal? Select the goal type to "Referrals" then use “status” under Goal Filters and select Admit to set up an admin specific goal.
Choose a Goal Name that is easy to identify.
Referral Goal
The settings shown in the goal below will count all referrals regardless of referral status; admit, non-admit, or pending.
Insurance Specific Referral Goal
The set-up below will add additional filtering to the goal to only count referrals where the selected insurance type applicable. Create goal based on insurance types like Medicare, commercial, MA, etc.
The potential list of insurance types is based on what has been set up in your account.
Business Lines Specific Referral Goal
Do you have multiple business lines in CRM? Goals can be created that only pertain to a specific business line.
Goals have to be assigned to a user.
Branch Referral Goals by User
Branch (sales territory, or whatever you team uses) can be used to help set up user goals by different territories. Reminder that referrals are assigned to branches by your integration and the options that appear in the list below vary based on your integration.
Event Type Goal
Create an event goal based on the event type you want your team to create.
The event types listed are unique to your organization. If something is missing, reach out to your admin.
Completed Events Goal
Set the "Goal Filters" Completion Status to Completed as shown below.
Goal with an Account Association
Encourage your team to adhere to your event methodology with goals only counting events where an account has been associated.
Extra Fun Goals
Goals on Hosting in-services. Try this!
Set the "Goal Filters" as shown. The Event Type will equal "In-Service," and the Completion Status needs to equal "Completed."
