Logging in to Marketscape CRM

What URL do I use to log in to Marketscape CRM Web?

There are two URLs that you can use to gain access to Marketscape CRM Web. The web address you will use will depend on whether you have access to Marketscape CRM alone, or whether you have access to multiple Trella Health Products.

CRM alone - For users who have access to Marketscape CRM alone, you must use CRM.TrellaHealth.com.
CRM and Marketscape Insights (any module) - Fur users with access to multiple Trella Health products, you can use the following link - app.TrellaHealth.com. Just for kicks, if you want the adventure, users with multiple access can use the CRM URL listed above, but you will only gain access to Marketscape CRM.

In either case, the log in experience is shown below.

Navigate to the correct URL	app.TrellaHealth.com	CRM.TrellaHealth.com
Note:	The login steps are identical for all three	Login to Marketscape:CRM using CRM.TrellaHealth.com has fewer steps, so some rows will be empty.
Enter your Email address The first time you navigate to this URL, you will have a single field to fill out. - Enter your email address into the "Email" field - Click on "Continue to Log in" For techy people, this step checks your email address to see if we should be connecting to your company server to confirm your login credentials with your company.		This step does not exist for Marketscape: CRM Login at CRM.TrellaHealth.com
Enter Email and Password This is where you will be able to enter your email address and your password. The email addresses are NOT Case sensitive. Once you have entered your email address and password, click on "Sign in" or "Log In To Marketscape CRM"
What if my password is wrong? If you put in the wrong password or mistype anything in the email address or password, you will receive the errors shown at right: Troubleshoot: 1 - Try Again 2 - Click on Forgot your Password? and reset your password. 3 - If you are new, it is possible your account was set up with a typo in your email address - send an email to Support@TrellaHealth.com
EULA	Once you log in for the first time you will need to agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Data Use Agreement (DUA) If you choose to not agree to these agreements, you will not gain the desired access.
After Login! Multiple product users You will be able to choose which product you want to use (The image to the right shows all options.) Just Marketscape CRM - Look at the right column - you are in! If you decide to log in using app.trellahealth.com (left image) you can choose to click the CRM button to open Marketscape CRM		Marketscape: CRM will open and you can dig right in!
