Overview
Marketscape CRM is a powerful tool used to help managers and their marketing teams quantify and enhance their marketing strategies. Within the CRM there are two ways to keep track of marketing activities: events and tasks.

General information
- By default, Incomplete tasks are shown; however, users can easily toggle between a list of Incomplete, Complete, and All tasks.
- When creating a task, if you click outside the panel before saving, then the task will not be saved.
- Be careful when deleting! There is message to confirm that you'd like to delete a task!
- When a user is deactivated, tasks created by that rep will not be visible in reporting.
How to Create a Task
- Login to Marketscape CRM on the web.
- Look for the Task icon() in the top right corner of most pages.
- Click on the Task icon!
- Once the panel appears, click on the icon.
- In the free text box that appears, enter the task name to complete.
- Click the Save button.
How to Complete a Task
- Login to Marketscape CRM on the web.
- Look for the Task icon() in the top right corner of most pages.
- Click on the Task icon!
- Click on the action items icon ()
- Click on the complete option to mark the task as complete.
The completed date of the task will be stamped on the task.
Users can also mark tasks as incomplete as well using the same steps as avoid.
How to Edit a Task
There are two ways to Edit tasks. The first way is to use the action items button.
- Login to Marketscape CRM on the web.
- Look for the Task icon() in the top right corner of most pages.
- Click on the Task icon!
- Click on the action items icon ()
- Click on the complete option to edit task.
The second way is to click on the task title:
- Login to Marketscape CRM on the web.
- Look for the Task icon() in the top right corner of most pages.
- Click on the Task icon!
- Click on the subject.
- The text box will appear and allow you update the text.
- Click the Save button.
Daily Task Report
Located under the Reporting tab, we've added a new article.
- Login to Marketscape CRM on the web.
- Click on the Reporting tab
- Locate the Daily Task Report
- Click on the report link & the report will appear
- Select the appropriate filters
- Click Run Report
