Admissions - Home Health & Hospice

• Name: Name of the entity
• Location: Location of the entity
• Q1 2019: # of admits in this quarter
• Q2 2019: # of admits in this quarter
• Q3 2019: # of admits in this quarter
• Q4 2019: # of admits in this quarter
• Q1 2020: # of admits in this quarter
• Q2 2020: # of admits in this quarter
• Q3 2020: # of admits in this quarter
• Q4 2020: # of admits in this quarter
• Q1 2020*: # of admits in this quarter
• Annual Admits: Total number of admits in the last 4 completed quarters.
• Y/Y Change: Change between previous four quarters and current four quarters of data

Notes:

• For patient privacy, the smallest number displayed in annual admits is 11.
• *The Market Intelligence Data used in this program is derived largely from Medicare and is dependent on Medicare’s reporting. To determine the reporting period, please refer to the Market Data Reporting Periods article.
