Trella Health defines the account as the physical place (street address) where a marketer or liaison may visit. Examples might be an individual or group practice office, a hospital, or other facility.
Access accounts by clicking on the Accounts tab, located in the main menu bar at the top of the screen. The default view for the accounts shown on this page are either:
- My Accounts: list of all facilities where you are the assigned account owner
- All Accounts: all of the facilities in Marketscape CRM, regardless of which user is assigned to them. The account owner is listed in the far right column of the display
To change your view select the dropdown menu beside the Change View label in the main Accounts display. Additional customized views can be created to return the accounts, and information, of interest to you.

- Create an account
- View an account
- Edit an account
- Search for an account
- Merge an account
- Delete an account
