There are three ways to contact Trella Health support:
- Click the "Submit a request" link at the top right corner of this page to submit a question or troubleshooting request.
- Click on the "Chat Now" link in the bottom right corner of this page to connect with a Client Support Representative. If a representative is not available, submitting a chat will create a support ticket, and our team will respond to that ticket as soon as possible.
- Send an email to support@trellaspark.zendesk.com.
Trella Health Support is available from:
• Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central *excluding summer hours
• Friday from 8:00 am to 12p Central, Memorial Day – Labor Day
All inquiries received outside of business hours will be responded to on the next business day.
Some inquiries may require Trella Health Support to log into the user's account to be able to see exactly what the user sees. It is recommended that users grant login access prior to making contact with support.
