All trainings within this program are free and public.
Summary of the Public Training Webinars:
- Leadership and Administrator Training – your leaders and administrators will be trained on the Marketscape CRM platform and will be shown important settings to better support your sales organization
- Marketscape CRM Web Training – your sales reps will be trained on Marketscape CRM to understand how to best utilize the web platform to build their book of business and log account-related events and information
- Marketscape CRM Mobile Training – your sales reps will be trained on Marketscape CRM best practices to understand how to utilize the mobile platform to log account-related events and information

For questions following training, don’t forget about our HME and Infusion Office Hours! During these sessions each Wednesday from 12:30 – 1 p.m. EST, you can ask questions and receive expert guidance from our team of knowledgeable customer success managers.

If we’re ready now, can we request the platform upgrade now?
We appreciate your enthusiasm. The number of details required to move from Edge CRM to Marketscape CRM require that we follow the transition plan described above. September 15th is coming soon!
What can we expect with the Edge to Marketscape CRM transition?
Edge CRM is being sunset on September 15 in the morning and you will gain access to Marketscape CRM in the afternoon of September 15. During the short period of time in-between, you will not have access to CRM. However, this is an exciting time as all of your historical data will be moved over to the new platform, so all you will have to do is login!
