Why is Trella Health moving from Edge CRM to Marketscape CRM?
This transition will give you access to a fully integrated platform. This will streamline your experience as a CRM user and make you more productive and efficient in your workflow. The new solution offers new and exciting features to help you achieve your business goals.
Will data from Edge be transitioned into Marketscape CRM?
Yes, all data from Edge will be transitioned in MAR CRM including orders, accounts, contacts, notes, and events
Will I have access to Edge while being transitioned to Marketscape CRM?
All users will have access to Edge prior to their data moving to MAR CRM. After the data is migrated to Marketscape CRM, users will no longer have access to Edge and will be fully transitioned into MAR CRM.
When will I no longer have access to Edge?
This is dependent on the migration date that we will determine with each customer. The date will vary, but all users should be provided the transition date in advance.
Will Marketscape CRM provide a map function similar to the map feature in Edge?
No, but our product team is researching how to make this feature available. Not including the map allows for faster download times.
If I assign a rep in Marketscape Insights, will it carry over to Marketscape CRM?
Yes, as soon as you make the assignment in MAR INS, you will be able to see the CRM record.
Will direct navigation be available? What is direct navigation?
Yes, users will be able to easily navigate between accounts and contacts in Marketscape CRM and Marketscape Insights.
Will my login credentials be the same in Marketscape CRM as it is in Marketscape Insights?
Yes and no. Your username will be the same; however, passwords will not be the same yet.
Will users have a mobile option?
Yes, Marketscape CRM has both a web and mobile application. If you scan the QR code below on your phone, a page will open that provides access to links to download the mobile applications.
What action do I need to perform to start using the mobile app?
After downloading the app using the QR code above, simply accept the End User License Agreement and you’re ready to go!
Will there be To Do’s in Marketscape CRM?
Yes, in Marketscape CRM “To-Do’s” are now shown as “Tasks” and are available on both web and mobile. In addition to tasks, we also have an event workflow.
What is the difference between Events and Tasks?
Events are similar to activities in Edge in that they require a start/end time and accounts and contacts to be associated to them.
- As an account executive, I would use Events to schedule meetings within the CRM to track marketing efforts to maintain or grow a referral source
- As a manager, I would use Events to monitor marketing efforts to identify areas of improvement or celebration in relation to growing a referral relationship
Tasks do not have any time requirements and cannot be associated to accounts or contacts. Tasks are a great way to identify administrative- related activities that can be completed at any time.
- Tasks have also been added to the Team tab to support managers in the field.
- Tasks have been added to the User Detail page for reps on the Marketscape CRM mobile app.
- As an account executive, I would use Tasks to jot down activities that need to be completed to support my referral sources, patients, or meetings
- As a manager, I can monitor non-meeting activities that support or take away from my rep’s time in the field

What reports will I have access to in MAR CRM that I don’t have in Edge?
Marketscape CRM provides more detailed, calculated, reporting analytics when compared to Edge
Will I still need to sync?
No, sync-based login is not necessary in Marketscape CRM
